Why is self Care Important?
Engaging in a self-care routine has been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, improve concentration, minimize frustration and anger, increase happiness, improve energy and more. It has also been shown to help your physical health and is proven to reduce heart disease, stroke and cancer.
How to practice Self Care.
Take the time to do something that improves your physical, mental or spiritual health. By doing things such as, sleep more, get physical exercise and pray just to name a few.
