The Wellness Network is a collaborative network of resources, programs, courses, learning opportunities, activities, and support that focus on mental health, wellness, and recovery in all aspects of life.
Individuals can register for online and in-person courses, free of charge.
The Wellness Network courses and programs a co-produces and co-facilitated by people with lived experience (PWLE) of mental illness and/or substance abuse, trauma and other barriers.
